The weekend will begin Friday evening with a deep, soothing self myofascial release session and some serious down-regulation. Then spend Saturday and Sunday clearing out the cobwebs in the joints and juicing up the muscles with a combination of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Tune Up® and Functional Movement.

Escape the stress of the city for a fun weekend of serenity in nature. Treat yourself to 3-days of energizing and restorative yoga sessions, locally-grown fresh gourmet food, and blissful surroundings.
We’ll start with a restorative practice on Friday at 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm followed by dinner.
