Join us for our third annual summer retreat in the Catskills! Yoga, delicious food, friends and fresh air at Heathen Hill.
Alyssa started her yoga journey as a teenager and has been teaching since 2009. She is trained and certified in hot yoga, vinyasa, prenatal and ashtanga. She loves the outdoors, fresh air, and organic, healthy food. She is super excited and grateful for the opportunity to lead this incredible retreat at Heathen Hill.

6:30 – 7:15pm – Yoga
Saturday, May 18
8:00-8:30am – Sun salutations & meditation (or sleep in!)
8:30am – Breakfast
10:30am – Noon – Yoga
12:30pm – Lunch/ free time
3:30 – 5:30 Yoga – 75 minutes of vinyasa flow, 45 minutes arm balances and inversion
7pm – Dinner/ Bonfire, BYOB/W

11:30am – Country brunch
