Sattva is a sanskrit word that means harmony and balance. Join me for a beautiful fall weekend in the Catskills to practice yoga, honor our wellness, and reconnect with our sattva.
Get out of the city for the weekend to eat freshly prepared organic meals, practice yoga, spend time outside, and socialize with like-minded yogis. We will practice mostly vinyasa flow, and also have some gentle yoga Friday evening and an arm balance and inversion workshop on Saturday afternoon. Bring warm clothes to go for walks outside and enjoy a bonfire Saturday evening. Expect peak fall colors!
Alyssa started her yoga journey as a teenager and has been teaching since 2009. Her vinyasa flow classes teach graceful, intentional movement with the flow of the breath. She loves the outdoors, fresh air, and organic, healthy food. She is super excited and grateful for the opportunity to lead this incredible retreat at Heathen Hill.
