Let your anatomy awaken your practice. In this retreat Frank will focus on the body's anatomy and how different anatomical systems can support your individual yoga practice.

We will dive deep into many facets of the Iyengar Yoga tradition, with some perspective on movement courtesy of Functional Range Systems™

A three day retreat that will have multiple classes taught by Margot and Tobie for students to choose from.  Classes will range form vinyasa flow, gentle flow, restorative yoga and talks on yoga philosophy and the subtle body.
