Run & Restore

Join Jen Harper and Jen SanMiguel for a weekend of running and restorative & yin yoga.

Jen H.- will walk runners through form drills, the importance of dynamic warm-ups and of course RUNNING! Each day you’ll have the option for a morning and/or afternoon run or run/walk ranging in distance from short to long.

Jen S. will guide you through yoga flows meant to strengthen key areas for runners and post run restorative and yin classes.

Weekend costs include organized runs, restorative and yin yoga practices, accommodations, and meals. All levels and paces welcome!

Jen S, completed her 200 and 300 hour teaching certifications at LL Studio NYC (formerly Laughing Lotus Yoga Center), and has additional training in trauma-informed yoga, ayurveda, reiki and Katonah yoga.

Jen H, received her RRCA level 1 coaching cert in 2017 and began coaching for NYRR that same year. She has been coaching new and established runners ever since. In addition to being a running coach, Jen is also Yoga Alliance Certified to teach Vinayasa and Yin Yoga.
