Come to Catskills with me for a weekend. Arriving Friday, departing Sunday. Four yoga classes, lots of nature and plenty of rest time.
HEATHEN HILL is a retreat center in the northern Catskills with a fully equipped Yoga Room. It’s a beautiful property. In between classes there are plenty of chairs scattered around the property for lounging. If you can scare up a game there is badminton, bocce ball, horseshoes, Scrabble, etc.. The swimming hole is deep enough for diving from the floating dock and has noodles and floaty chairs for relaxing. There’s a labyrinth for walking meditation, hammocks in the Secret Shady, and groomed paths for strolling the 10 acres. Behind the Yoga House is the Meditation deck which overlooks the koi pond and a hot tub.
Schedule
- 06/14 Friday; Arrival anytime after 2pm before 5pm, 6-7:30PM Yoga , dinner.
- 06/15 Saturday; Open buffet light breakfast, 9-11AM Yoga, lunch and free time, 6-7:30PM yoga, dinner, camp fire.
- 06/16 Sunday; Open buffet light breakfast, 9-11AM Yoga, Country Brunch, departure before 2pm.
