Join me in October for a refreshing weekend of yoga amidst spectacular fall foliage! I will teach four well-rounded asana and restorative/pranayama classes appropriate for all levels. There will be time to take a hike, a dip in the swimming hole, relax in a hammock, pay badminton, hula hoop, hot tub, or horseshoe. At night, sit around the bonfire and gaze at the stars.
