This retreat is a a small gathering limited to only 14 participants and dedicated to personal attention on your alignment in poses and yummy hand on adjustments 🙂

4:00 Arrive at HH
4:30-6:30- Yin/ Restorative Yoga and Meditation
7:30 – Dinner
Saturday:
8:00am- coffee and light breakfast available
9:30–11:30 – Morning Yoga Practice
Noon-1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm-4:30pm free time and afternoon hike
So many things to do (or NOT do!): read in hammock, swim, wander through Meditation Labyrinth, write, hike and so much more!
